ZGB-1 corrugated oil tank flame arrester is a new product of our company. It has passed the test by Tianjin Fire Protection Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security according to the GB5908-86 standard of the People's Republic of China. It is widely used in oil storage tanks. It is an ideal product for preventing accidental fire from intruding into the tank and preventing accidents.
Performance and characteristics
ZGB-1 corrugated petroleum storage tank flame arrester has reasonable structure, light weight, corrosion resistance, explosion resistance performance is qualified. It can be flame retarded every time for 13 consecutive sub-sonic flame tests.
Easy to repair, easy to install, do not need to disassemble the breathing valve when checking. The firing resistance is qualified, and the burn proof test is 1 hours without tempering.
The core of the flame arrester is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and easy to clean. The water pressure test of the shell is qualified.
Scope of application
ZGB-1 flame arrester for corrugated petroleum storage tank is suitable for pipelines, Class A with flash point lower than 28 C, oil products, hydrogen-oxygen liquefaction and kerosene, diesel oil, methyl benzene, crude oil with flash point lower than 60 C. It can be used together with breathing valve, and can be used alone. It can be used on the ventilation pipe of inner floating roof tank, and on the ventilation pipe of underground oil tank of petrol station.
