purpose
Used in steam heating equipment and condensate recovery system and the working conditions that need to remove condensate quickly, condensate can be automatically, rapidly and continuously removed, effectively prevent steam leakage, and obtain the best heating effect.
Working principle
When the valve is just started, the automatic air exhausting device quickly eliminates the non condensable gas in the system. When steam and hot condensate enter, the temperature in the valve chamber increases, the exhaust air device automatically closes, the float rises and falls according to the change of condensate water level, drives the lever to adjust the opening of the valve seat, and continuously discharges condensate. When the condensate stops entering, the float drops by weight, driving the lever to drive the spool to close the drain valve seat hole.
Use and maintenance
1, we should confirm that the maximum material, pressure and temperature of the valve body can meet the requirements of the working condition.
2, before installation, the pipeline must be cleaned and debris removed.
3, installation position should be as close as possible to heating equipment.
4, should be installed at the lowest point of the pipeline, and the direction of flow is consistent with the direction marked on the valve body.
5, each heating equipment should install traps separately, so as not to affect each other.
6. In order to ensure the safe operation of the system, slowly open the trap money valve to gradually warm up to the normal state.
