JM744X, JM644X diaphragm type hydraulic, pneumatic quick-opening mud discharge valve, is a kind of angle-type truncated valve actuated by hydraulic or pneumatic sources, usually installed in rows at the bottom of the sedimentation tank lateral wall, to remove sediment and sediment deposited at the bottom of the tank. The valve is divided into two chambers by nylon reinforced rubber diaphragm. The valve is connected with hydraulic or pneumatic source and controlled by electric or manual two-position four-way reversing valve to realize rapid sludge discharge. The valve replaces the piston with diaphragm without moving friction, and is more suitable for slurry and other granular media, greatly improving the service life of the valve.
The main features of the hydraulic quick-opening mud discharge valve are that the piston type is replaced by the double-chamber diaphragm transmission mechanism, which has no movement wear and long service life.
