The inner cavity of the valve body is equipped with a wash-resistant and corrosion-resistant sealing ring. At the moment of opening the valve, the valve body can be protected from being washed and corroded by the medium, and the sealing ring is specially treated to make the surface hardness reach HRC25-40. Seat sealing surface and disc sealing surface are overlay welded with Stellite cemented carbide, sealing pair adopts line sealing to ensure sealing, ensure the reliability of sealing, and prevent scarring. The oblique surface of the disc forms a linear seal at the seat angle. When the disc is opened and closed, a hand wheel drives the copper nut. The nut extends to the reactor with the valve stem (upper and lower movement has splint orientation, and the valve stem does not rotate). The bottom flange is detachable and welded to the bottom of the reactor (note: the valve must be in the required condition to remove the flange).
The valve is strictly prohibited to use fluorine-containing ionic liquids (such as HF, etc.) can not use strong alkali and phosphoric acid (temperature > 150oC, concentration > 30%).
